A Peek Into My Journey
I once felt the same call you may be feeling now.
The sense that there had to be more to life than what I was living led me into a deep spiritual awakening, and at 23, I traveled to the Amazon jungle in search of my apprenticeship in plant medicine.
I felt the pull toward something deeper: a life of purpose, healing, and connection, but I didn’t know how to access it.
I was taken in and accepted by legendary plant medicine master, Julio Llerena Pindeo. I studied under him and was given the title Maestro in 2004.
Since then, I’ve held over 1500 Ayahuasca ceremonies, 3000 total plant medicine ceremonies, and I’ve been in this field for over 20 years.
I’ve had the honor and privilege of working with over 15,000 people from over 100 countries. I’ve created a global community, and I founded Blue Morpho.
Now, I’m a founder, author, speaker, podcaster, influencer with a global following, technologist, and even an inventor, all thanks to plant medicines.
About Maestro Hamilton
Maestro Hamilton Souther is a pioneer of the global plant medicine movement and the psychedelic renaissance. He is the founder of Blue Morpho, where for over 23 years he has led more than 15,000 individuals through transformative plant medicine ceremonies.
A trained anthropologist and graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, he apprenticed in the deep Amazon forest under Don Julio Llerena Pinedo and became the first Westerner ever recognized as a Maestro Medico Vegetalista.
