When I set out to apprentice in Amazonian shamanism, there was no roadmap — no clear way to find a legitimate teacher or access an authentic lineage. It took months deep in the jungle before I met Don Julio Llerena Pinedo, one of the most respected maestros in the forest. He came from a long mestizo lineage, and under his guidance, I began my apprenticeship.

The path was not easy. Ceremony after ceremony, I learned to work with the plants, the spirits, and the healing traditions of the Amazon. Over time, I discovered how to bridge this ancient wisdom with the Western mind and Eastern philosophy — to translate what I was learning into something people from all walks of life could understand and benefit from.

That’s what makes this training different.
It’s not just rooted in tradition — it’s built for integration. Over the past two decades, I’ve guided more than 15,000 people through deep transformational work. My team and I helped shape Peru’s plant medicine policy and created one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country’s tourism industry.
